A Philly native, Jean has lived in and around Los Angeles most of her life now.
Jean can give you ideas what to explore and how to best navigate LA's crazy traffic patterns to get there... from the best ocean views in Palos Verdes, the freshest seafood in San Pedro, to the Grammy museum at LA Live or the Getty on the Westside.
A writer by trade, Jean spends most of her time -- well -- writing.
When she's not writing, she likes beach walks, tennis, urban hiking, and exploring the art and architecture of Los Angeles. Especially the many mid-century modern rancho homes built by Cliff May, Edward Killingsworth, and Neutra.
She knows the South Bay, Long Beach, San Pedro and greater Los Angeles like the back of her hand -- so if you want the best Thai in Hollywood, kimchi in K-town, taco truck in Boyle Heights, Ethiopian or Jewish Deli on Fairfax-- she can direct you!
Jean's always on the hunt through the many vintage, antique and salvage stores in Long Beach and Orange for some unique 50's modern antiquarian item.
I will provide lockbox for keys, an in-person property introduction and off you go!
Lush, green, walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy access to Uber/Lyft and public trans to beaches or downtown LA, Hollywood, etc.
