(Property has exterior cameras)*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every on the property (including children and infants*) at any time must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 11. *Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units in the property. *Please note based on your parties size certain rooms will be locked up and inaccessible. * Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of per hour to alter the check in or check out time *We do not alter our cancellation policy for instants of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the National Park.Please note if checking out on any of the following holidays: Easter Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Veterans Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Years Eve New Years Day You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expense. The housekeeping company charges double on checkouts on any of the previously mentioned holidays *Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed. The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Pack-n-Play must be requested in advance

This is a quiet, rural, mountain neighborhood. You will feel at one with the nature, watching deer and squirrels but the town of Oakhurst is only about a mile down the road.
