Spectacularly situated on the southeastern shores of Deep Creek Lake, this newer waterfront home offers breathtaking views, a stunning property, and a private dock where you can tie up your boat. Spend your vacation here barbecuing on the expansive deck, roasting marshmallows around the firepit by the water's edge, and soaking in the hot tub under a sky full of stars. Built in 2012, this three-story home sits on the tranquil banks of Green Glade Cove, a quiet and scenic area of Deep Creek Lake. You're just a short drive from Thousand Acres Lakeside Golf Club (four miles) and Deep Creek Lake State Park (eight miles), which offers two beaches, a boat ramp, and 20 miles of hiking and biking trails. On warm summer days, enjoy the lakeshore right out back, take in the serene view from the dock, or let the kids play in the shade of the mature trees. In the afternoons, head up to the elevated deck to fire up the gas grill, set the outdoor table for dinner, and admire the sunset from the cushioned seating around a second firepit. Inside, the 3,758-square-foot living space showcases quality craftsmanship throughout, with beamed ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile showers. The main floor highlights a great room with a gas fireplace and a TV (offering cable and streaming), a custom kitchen with a copper farm sink, and a dining area that opens directly to the deck. For entertainment, the upstairs game room offers Ping-Pong and foosball, while the cozy downstairs den is perfect for movie nights and board games. Each of the three bedrooms is set on a different floor for maximum privacy, and each is paired with its own bathroom. The primary suite on the main floor features a gas fireplace, direct access to the deck, and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious copper tub. Additional amenities include central air, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi.
