This property is unique even for Grand Lake, I have 3 STR on the same cul-de-sac. That means you have enough potential to host 24 ppl if you are having a wedding or familyreuniun or if you just have a big family . This property also has plenty of on-site parking We can accommodate several vehicles, trucks,trailers, RVs, ect
I have lived in Grand County for the past 30 years, I love this beautiful place It is a gem; you have all things outdoors.
Even though all 3 of my rentals are near each other, however plenty of peivacy.
