The fine print
Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian . If guest arrives at property and is under 21 without parent or guardian, they will not be allowed to check in and will forfeit all deposits monies and be responsible for total room charges.
Guests under the age of 26 will be charged an additional USD 50.00 cash Security Deposit at check in. This will be refunded at check out after inspection of the room.

A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
