This is a 1 bedroom with Shared spaces with other guests. The unit has an additional bedroom for other guests. The backyard has a fan and tv for your enjoyment. The front porch has cover with a bench to sit and relax. The pool is just across from the unit. There is 24 hour security with a rover for assistance. .

There is a nice size pool right across from the Villa. There is a nice lake for walking or admiring just north of the Villa. The beach is a 5-7 drive from the unit. The Rapids Water park is a 5 min drive. PGA National golf coures is a 15 min drive away. The outlet mall is a 8 min drive south on Congress ave. Restaurants are all around the area. The easiest ones to find is north on Congress ave. Please reach out for more information.
