Guests will enjoy a spacious layout, featuring home-like amenities and styling. This beach vacation rental also features an elegant dining space for enjoying meals with friends or family. If you book Bluewater #1006, you'll be granted access to the resort's shared on-site amenities that include a convenient hot tub to soothe your muscles after swimming your day away, swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, fitness room, and more! You'll be near Orange Beach Marina for some dining and shopping and you can even book a charter cruise for some off-shore fun! Make sure to visit local favorites like Big Beach Brewery, Pirates Cove, Flora-Bama, and so on. Is golf your sport? Don't worry! Pack your clubs and hit the greens Lost Key Golf Club (nine miles away). Adventure Island is your go-to option when looking for endless family-friendly fun. THINGS TO KNOW Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. The indoor pool resurfacing and outdoor wading pool (kiddy pool) resurfacing will begin Monday, April 21, 2025 (weather permitting). This will take about a week to complete, and the areas will be closed during that time period. The outdoor pool will remain open for use and enjoyment by owners/guests.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 10. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
