Start your Long Beach vacation off on the right foot at this third-floor and oceanfront condo just steps from the beach and downtown. This bright, beachy getaway has a full kitchen plus a booster seat for younger guests. The electric fireplace provides all the feelings of home. This vacation rental also includes a Roku-equipped TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies using your own account information. Enjoy the private, furnished balcony with expansive views, where you can take in stunning sunsets over the ocean every evening.
You'll find access to the boardwalk, the Discovery Trail, and Long Beach's famous 28 miles of soft silver sand just steps away from this condo. Nature lovers can scan the nearby dunes for ducks, deer, and other wildlife. Take the scenic five-mile drive to Cape Disappointment State Park, where you'll find the North Head Lighthouse and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. Affordable deep sea fishing adventures can be found three and a half miles away in the town of Ilwaco - the so-called Salmon and Sturgeon Capital of the World!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
