Welcome to Boho Bay! This gem of a condo has been renovated and remodeled with modern decor, top-of-the-line floors and furnishings, new siding, windows, and commercial-grade luxury vinyl tile throughout. You'll also find gorgeous boho beach decor throughout. The living area is inviting and has been furnished with comfort in mind. It features an inviting sectional sofa, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a new HVAC heat/cool wall system. The dining table seats four comfortably. The kitchen may not be the biggest one in the market, but it features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom offers all the conveniences, including a glass door walk-in shower. This idyllic retreat is located on the bayside of the island, midway between the Ocean City Expressway to the north and the Ocean Gateway to the south. Take a short drive (or even a walk) to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark for summertime fun for the whole family! Or head over to the east side of the island where you can walk the three-mile-long Ocean City Boardwalk that follows the shore. White Marlin Marina, Sunset Island Marina, Bahia Marina Inc., and the Ocean City Fishing Center are all within close proximity and offer a variety of boating, fishing, and docking needs. Streaming services are available with guests' accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
