Welcome to Boho Bay! This gem of a condo has been renovated and remodeled with modern decor, top-of-the-line floors and furnishings, new siding, windows, and commercial-grade luxury vinyl tile throughout. You'll also find gorgeous boho beach decor throughout. The living area is inviting and has been furnished with comfort in mind. It features an inviting sectional sofa, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a new HVAC heat/cool wall system. The dining table seats four comfortably. The kitchen may not be the biggest one in the market, but it features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom offers all the conveniences, including a glass door walk-in shower.
This idyllic retreat is located on the bayside of the island, midway between the Ocean City Expressway to the north and the Ocean Gateway to the south. Take a short drive (or even a walk) to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark for summertime fun for the whole family! Or head over to the east side of the island where you can walk the three-mile-long Ocean City Boardwalk that follows the shore. White Marlin Marina, Sunset Island Marina, Bahia Marina Inc., and the Ocean City Fishing Center are all within close proximity and offer a variety of boating, fishing, and docking needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
