Very nice Ocean Front 3 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bathroom Duplex at 50th Street in Brant Beach. Relax and take in the beautiful ocean views. Enough room to sleep 8 guests comfortably. Modern living room kitchen dining area. The half bath in the left bedroom with twins which can be pushed together to create a king. Three parking spots plus use of the garage. A quiet area. No smoking please. Please refer to property 41826 when inquiring. Tenants to provide beach passes. Tenant has choice of USD 300 security deposit with USD 70 damage insurance or USD 750 security deposit
