With a total of 9 beds spread across three levels, this spacious house is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a High Country getaway. The lower level features a well-equipped kitchen, a game room with a pool table, and two cozy bedrooms, including a Queen bedroom and a room with two Twin singles and a Twin/Full bunk bed set. Moving up to the main level, you'll find a bright and airy family room with vaulted ceilings, a remote-controlled gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. The main kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless steel appliances, while the dining table can accommodate 8-10 guests. On the top floor, a loft area overlooks the family room and offers additional sleeping space with a Queen bed and a third bedroom with a Queen bed and a loft with a Twin bed. Outside, guests can enjoy multiple decks with mountain views, a hot tub, a firepit for roasting s'mores, and a swing overlooking the scenic surroundings. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
