Comfortable conveniently located 4 bed/2 bath home. New washer/dryer, dishwasher, tile and bathroom vanities. 5-minute walk across pedestrian bridge to downtown Fayetteville. 1.7 miles to NRG Bridge. Cozy furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms. Patios, grill, fire pit, fenced-in yard. Central heat/air. High speed internet with Wi-Fi, 65" Roku TV, DVD player, huge selection of movies for all ages, board games, books, toys, pack-n-play, highchair, stroller.

Very friendly neighborhood. Outdoor enthusiasts welcome. Take a 5-minute walk into town where you’ll find shops, bars and great restaurants (Secret Sandwich Society, Pies & Pints, Cathedral Cafe, Don Rizzo Mexican Cantina, etc). Drive 10 minutes to the new Starlite Drive-in theater (including Tee Time Sports Bar).
