Stay at our B&B Inn in Gettysburg's Historic Downtown Gettysburg is an area that is rich in history with many points of interest including the Gettysburg Battlefield, Gettysburg National Military Park, and Gettysburg Cemetery among many others. Staying at the Brickhouse Inn puts you in the heart of must-see area attractions for history buffs. The Brickhouse Inn consists of two historic buildings in the downtown historic area of Gettysburg - the premier bed and breakfast in Gettysburg, PA. The 1898 three-story Victorian mansion has original wood floors, chestnut trim, family heirlooms and antiques, all in a style reminiscent of the turn of the century. The c.1830 Welty House was occupied by Confederate sharpshooters during the Battle of Gettysburg and has many bullet scars on its south wall. Book with the Brickhouse Inn directly and enjoy a complimentary champagne social hour at 6pm from April through OCtober. Breakfast is served daily at additional cost.

The Brickhouse Inn is ideally located in the downtown historic area of Gettysburg, within easy walking distance of most shops & restaurants, museums, and ghost tours. The Culp's Hill section of the battlefield is less than a minute's walk behind the Inn. Two-minute walk to the Soldiers' Cemetery (where President Lincoln gave the Gettysburg Address). The Inn is located along the route taken by President Lincoln when he traveled from Lincoln Square, down Baltimore Street, past the Inn, on his way to give the Gettysburg Address at the cemetery and is today, along the modern parade route, ideal for enjoying a small town parade on the holidays from the yard or front porches.
