Other things to note No Smoking allowed at this property. Note that this is a basement apartment with stairs and some sound from up above. -The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.

A quaint neighborhood right in Downtown Vancouver. The street is a bike corridor making travel around the city a breeze. Off the beaten path just enough to enjoy some peace and quiet but walking distance from a number of cool spots (we love Latte Da and Marcel's pie shop) and the always useful grocery store. About a mile from Uptown village where you can find numerous bars, restaurants, several antique stores, Main Street Marijuana, breweries, food trucks, coffee shops and various shopping! 1.5 miles to brand new Waterfront or to the heart of downtown and Esther Short, home of an awesome, sprawling farmers market on both Saturdays and Sundays, various events and concerts in the park. Some more of our Vancouver favorites: Amaro’s Table has the best happy hour! Tommy O’s features elevated Hawaiian food and a relaxing atmosphere, a Vancouver classic. Little Conejo: Mexican food. REALLY GOOD Mexican food. We can't recommend it enough. La Bottega is a bit like a deli, but so much better and you can find some really great wines lining the shelves Nonavo Pizza: delicious, crispy, mouthwatering, wood-fired pizza, what more can we say! Another one of our most frequented spots is Craft Warehouse. Endless cute crafting, quilting and home décor finds and the largest independent craft store in the NW.
