This home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway, including a well-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, free WiFi, and plenty of space to spread out for family gatherings - there is even a vintage arcade game for kids of all ages! In the evenings, gather around the firepit for some s'mores and good conversation. Only nine miles from historic downtown Hendersonville, you will have no shortage of fun places to visit and things to do. Spend a day at the local wineries or go shopping in the local shops and boutiques. Dine in local eateries and check out the museums and hiking trails. Hike the surrounding trails for even more amazing views! Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). There is a futon in the game room for an additional sleeping option. The room is equipped with climate control. It is not suitable for children left unattended. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
