The upstairs bedroom suite has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath. The downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. The upstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. KITCHEN - Full kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more. AMENITIES - Enjoy modern amenities like smart TVs, streaming apps, and fast WiFi throughout the property. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace or take advantage of the convenient laundry area with a side-by-side washer/dryer. PARKING - 3 parking spaces/community parking, no boat trailer parking The Lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay. Pools and Jacuzzis are seasonal and only open during certain times of the year. Other things to note: Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
