My wife and I thought strategically about creating a space so that our guest can feel like they are home. We are always available for assistance and guidance if you are looking for that. Anyone not familiar with the area, you can reach out in advance, and we could provide recommendations.

Property information

The unit is located in a building formerly used as a Button Factory. This unit features 1,650 sq. ft of space, exposed beams and brick walls, 12’ foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the entire space. Large windows on three sides provide tons of natural light. Sleeps 5 with a King size bed in the bedroom, a unique Murphy bed feature in the main space with a Queen size bed and a Twin rollaway bed upon request. Beautifully furnished dining and living room, fully stocked kitchen and one bathroom. The unit also has washer and dryer.

Great Location! Steps away from Newark Penn Station, 20 min train ride to NYC and 15 mins from Newark Airport (EWR). Walking distance to Prudential Center and a 20 minute drive to Metlife Stadium - both home to major concerts and sporting events. Centrally located in Newark's "Ironbound" this walkable neighborhood provides access to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets & parks. Perfect for business and event professionals, vacationers, sports lovers and concert goers.
