Hello all! I'm your host Erinn! I gave up my sales and marketing career when we started our family in 2005. My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager. As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.

By Air & By Sea at Airport Marina Townhomes is a splurge-worthy luxury townhome situated on Island Moorings Marina and next to the city's airport and just 3 blocks from the beach. (We are on the golf car route). Your group will enjoy the private elevator and rooftop amenities. This luxury home has many upgrades which make it a standout within the community if not the city itself. Planning a fishing trip? Keep your boat in one of our slips or have your captain pick you up behind the home. Slips available for add'l fee 35 per night. The owners have outfitted the home with plush beds and furnishings including blackout window coverings in the king bedrooms and motorized solar shades (they do not block the view) on the marina side. What makes this home unique among its competition is the many amenities that are included. Margaritaville Margarita Maker Rooftop Private 7-person hot tub Bluetooth outdoor speakers Party lights on timer Premium Beach chairs provided Covered rooftop kitchen and lounge. Neighbourhood information

This luxury townhome overlooks the marina and is on the golf car route, j3 blocks from the beach. This location provides many conveniences, keep your watercraft at the marina or have your captain pick you up behind the home. Watch small aircraft come and go including the occasional sky diver. This 12 unit community is less crowded than most communities in town. The area has numerous activities including offshore and bay fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, shopping, dining & shopping.
