The Northville-Lake Placid hiking trail is just down the road for the more adventurous and you can dine and shop in the quaint town of Northville. For all of the hunters and trappers looking for world class hunting, the state land just yards away from this property is the place to go.

This area is pretty rural. There are neighbors nearby, generally, they do not want to be disturbed. You are in the Adirondack Park and there are numerous wild animals, you name it we have it. Please be aware there is a bear(s) in the area. You will be on the out skirts of a wild forest, there are bugs and mice, we deter them the best we can. You will need a vehicle to get around. There are no Uber or Lyft services here. No buses either. You may get lucky with a cab but I wouldn't depend on it.
