Avenida del Mar, San Clemente's downtown strip with seaside dining and nightlife, is a quick two-mile rideshare away. The updated, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Grab a quick bite perched on a modern-style high-top stool at the breakfast bar, or sit down with the whole group at the kitchen table. If you can't get enough of that So Cal sunshine, the furnished deck is perfect for a barbecue with a gas grill and elegant outdoor dining area. After a day of oceanside excitement, you can decompress by watching the sunset from the private hot tub. Kick back, relax on the living room sofa, and stream your favorite shows using your login credentials on the smart TV anytime. The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in San Clemente's temperate climate. Like many homes in the area, there is no air conditioning. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed inside or outside This home utilizes decibel-level monitors This is a three-level home with stairs, and there are 75 steps to the beach from this home, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival. The spa is serviced every Friday between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. The technician will be accessing the front deck. This condo is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02160171.
