This cozy, second-floor condo is perfect for a couples getaway! This home has a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep as well as a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. Guests can also enjoy the shared, heated pool during their stay. And out by the pool, there's plenty of seating and space for afternoon picnics and grilling.
This comfortable condo is in a prime location and quiet community, and you can walk to everything the Scottsdale Waterfront has to offer. This condo is also located across from the Scottsdale Fashion Square which has a large variety of restaurants and plenty of upscale shopping. Just a short walk from the condo, visit Old Town Scottsdale, a pedestrian-friendly zone offering unique boutique shops, art galleries, charming cafes, bars, and a handful of popular nightspots. And for those looking for a little adventure in the great outdoors, be sure to hit the Cholla Trailhead of Camelback Mountain just a mile-and-a-half from your front door.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
