Canyon Cabin is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear just a short walk to the lake, National Forest hiking trails, picnic areas, and more. This comfortable rustic cabin is situated on the quiet side of the lake and comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway. LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100 sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Living room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer. OUTDOORS - Front deck with propane barbecue. PARKING - 2 car driveway Other things to note: Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
