Carousel guest house is located in a converted 1928 storefront. It features all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen with a waterfall island and unique decor. Parking is available right out front and there are no steps or stairs.

Retired from corporate life, I enjoy my role as the host and Inn Keeper for this lovely building. My husband and I are both Colorado natives (a rarity these days) and love to share this beautiful state with travelers. We created this apartment after closing up the Carousel Emporium (a gift and antique shop we owned). Bob and I have really enjoyed working on and in this building. We know that in the 90 + years prior to our arrival, the space was used by generations of entrepreneurs; including a typesetter, a cobbler, and a restauranter. It's an honor to be the Innkeeper here and to know that this beloved building has become part of the life stories of guests from all over the world.

Located just 20 minutes South of Downtown Denver, Englewood has small town charm with a big city vibe. Stay here and you will be within walking distance to several great restaurants, two fun coffee shops plus boutique retail shops. In addition, we have The Gothic Theater, a historic and well loved music venue; Swedish Hospital, a 504 bed regional hospital with a level 1 trauma and burn center; and Craig Hospital, a world-renowned Neurorehabilitation hospital. We are also only about 20 minutes by car to downtown (straight down Broadway) as well as 20 minutes away from the stunning Red Rocks Amphitheater and park nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The neighborhood also contains grocery stores and big box department stores. Venturing further afield is easy with access to Hampden Ave (Hwy 285) heading west to the mountains as well as to I-25 and E470.
