Welcome to Casa Agave, a new mid-century modern guest house. Vacation in a stylish and thoughtfully curated private guest home, nestled in the lush hills of Vista. Attached to a hilltop family estate. This casita has 2 lovely bedrooms, a queen sofa sleeper bed in the game room, a living room, an eat-in kitchen, a bright full bathroom with washer/dryer, a charming private yard with a firepit, HVAC and free parking for one car. Perfect for a small family. One mile to downtown Vista, easy access to 78 freeway.
