This air-conditioned gem enjoys a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Make yourself at home and curl up on the extensive sectional and stay up to date with your favorite series and movies with the smart TV provided. The open kitchen is a chef's paradise with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and beach snacks. The living area opens onto a screened lanai with a heated outdoor pool with an attached spill-over pool spa, a covered patio with an outdoor dining area, and a well-equipped grilling station. The spacious main suite has a smart TV and a luxe en suite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet. There is a second main suite with an en suite bath and access to the pool deck. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
