Plus package: includes default for 8 persons for 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and 3 bathrooms. Premium package: includes default for 10 persons for 3 bedrooms, 5 beds and 4 bathrooms. Master package: includes default for 12 persons for 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and 4 bathrooms. When over default number of persons during the booking, the booking package will be auto upgraded based on the number of persons to order. If the customer needs order over 24 persons hosting service, please send a request. All packages include other common area such as over 500 sqf living room, two dinning rooms, kitchens, outside pool area, backyard area, and 7 driveway parking spaces.

There weren't any free service for outside hottub and SAP heating. But we do provide the upper pool and down pool heating service with extra service charge. Additional rules: --Parking on premises driveway needs 2 meters away from the guest house door and window. - Upper pool heating 60 USD per hour, min 3 hours to order and must be requested and paid for in advance at least 1 day prior to arrival. - Down pool heating is an additional 400 USD per day for 8 hours and must be requested and paid for in advance at least 1 week prior to arrival. It is a large pool so it takes at least 24 hours from the time you turn on for it to be warm.
