Our gem of a townhome (end unit) is located less than one minute walk to your private and gated beach walkover access. You cannot get closer unless waterfront. We have three parking spots out front, and the area is very drivable. Parking at Rosemary Beach or the Hub can be challenging... but they are both easy bike rides (or even nice walks!)

Our gem of a townhome is located less than a minute walk from the home's front door to your PRIVATE and gated beach walkover access. It takes us an average of 55 seconds, share your results with us! A 5-minute bike ride to Alys Beach, 10 minutes to The Big Chill, Seacrest Beach or Rosemary Beach… it is perfectly situated for festivities beyond the beach!
