Located less than a block away for a leisurely stroll on a semi-private beach, this two-story home puts you in a prime location! Start your day with morning coffee on the furnished lower-level deck or the upper-level balcony. When you return home from a day of exploring, cozy up by the gas fireplace with a good book or for cocktails and chit-chat. In the evenings, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen and share them at the adjacent expandable dining table that seats eight. End your days with a movie night on the living room TV. Additional amenities you can find here include a beach wagon, sand toys, four adult camper chairs, a Columbia cooler bag, beach towels, a Solo Stove firepit with kindling bins, and S'mores sticks - all stored in the garage. THINGS TO KNOW There are two additional dining chairs stored in the garage. This vacation rental is not-equipped with air conditioning.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
