Hi we are Jeff & Jess and we live in Freeport, Maine with our son JJ. We own and operate ProActive Properties and have been hosting guests in some of our favorite travel destinations since 2014. Jeff also owns an international travel company, ActivSport Travel, and Jess has extensive experience in education as a high school math teacher and leading international educational tours. Heated saltwater Pool, Newly Renovated with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, a Lanai area set up for true outdoor living w/ bar, sink, refrigerator, grill, sofa, chairs, dining table, hammock, large screen TV and sound system. The home has an open concept floor plan, complemented by vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light from its many windows including 2 sets of French doors that open to the lanai and extend the living area. The large master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom en suite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen beds and an adjacent bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom and the 4th bedroom a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Only 3 miles to Bonita's Gulf Beaches & 1 mile to charming Downtown Bonita Springs's shops, restaurants and bars, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and embrace the slower, laid back lifestyle of Southwest Florida!

Our home feels like a peaceful oasis, is very private, and sits on an over-sized corner lot in the Pelican Ridge neighborhood which allows for a peaceful stay while being close to the action. You can walk or ride our bikes 1 mile to Bonita Springs charming downtown district and it's restaurants, bars, and shops. It's best to have a car to see all the local attractions. We do provide 2 cruiser bikes and some beach chairs for guests to use as well.
