Located on a deep water canal with boat access to the ocean. Small dock space available, but plenty of parking for a boat on a trailer with marina launch 1/2 mile away. The house has been completely remodeled with everything new inside, dual shower heads in primary bathroom, balcony off of the primary gives you beautify views of the sunset. Coffee and beverage bar off the primary bedroom next to the large walk in closet. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill on main level porch. Brand new pool with two sitting areas on around the pool. Tiki hut with (soon to be completed) bar.

When not in the Keys, we live in Texas.

We are on a quiet street with full time neighbors. Located 15 miles from Key West, or about a 20 min drive. Ride services are also available. Sugarloaf Marine is at the end of the street if you want to launch your boat, or rent one of theirs or a kayak.
