Arguably the most convenient location in Charleston! This vibrant 1970’s casita is just 5 min from downtown, 8 miles to Folly Beach, & walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, & coffee shop. Filled with local art, books, and eclectic trinkets from around the world, this colorful home is a perfect setup for kids and comfy for adults. Fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, screen porch, and fenced backyard. 2 miles to MUSC, 2.8 miles to King Street, and 1.3 miles to the Charleston Pour House.
The Host lives nearby and is available for questions via the app. The host is a long-time Charleston resident and graduate of the College of Charleston, so all our restaurant and activity recommendations are vetted and approved by a true local!
The house is located on a quiet street on James Island, local traffic only. Walking distance to a shopping center with Publix grocery store, restaurants, bars, coffee shop, gas station, and bank. You’re right near the James Island Connector so you can be downtown in 5 minutes! 2 miles to MUSC, 2.8 miles to King Street shopping, and 8 miles to Folly Beach, 1.3 miles to local music venue, the Charleston Pour House, 6 miles to Johns Island.
