Located within three and a half miles of downtown Cave Creek, you are just a short drive from great restaurants and dining options, Frontier Town, Cave Creek Museum, Cave Creek, Rare Earth Gallery, Carefree Desert Gardens, and Cave Creek Regional Park. Discover hiking, horseback riding, golf, and off-roading activities in the area, as well as bull riding at Buffalo Chip on Wednesday and Friday nights.
Your private backyard represents the best of Arizona desert living with a natural landscape and beautiful mountain views. The star of this place definitely is the outdoor private pool, a wonderful spot to cool down and spend hours and hours relaxing. The covered patio provides a great shaded spot to enjoy refreshing beverages and alfresco meals with your group. Plus, the huge gas grill will be ideal if you were planning on treating your family and friends to delicious grilled burgers and veggies. This retreat features a second gated patio with another dining table with impeccable views of the valley, cacti nearby, and mountains. Your furry companions will love the area and have a designated space with dog bowls, leashes, and pooper scoopers for added convenience.
The interior offers a non-traditional floor plan with the dining area and living room being the first spaces you encounter. The sunken living room features inviting furniture, picture-perfect mountain and valley views from wall-to-wall windows, a gorgeous stone fireplace, and a large smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is spacious and has enough counter space to work on and create delicious masterpieces. In this space, there's a modern workspace for all your remote working needs. Off the kitchen is a convenient laundry area with a washer/dryer.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.
An optional fee of USD 50 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
