Great location with lots of tall pine trees on this corner lot. Located in a beautiful and quiet area of Big Bear. Just a short drive to the ski resorts, the Big Bear Village and lake. Close to National Forest hiking trails. LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, a TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. OUTDOORS - Front and back deck, patio table with chairs, umbrella, and gas barbecue. PARKING - 2 car driveway Other things to note: Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. Check in: 4 pm Check out: 11 am (10 am from Dec. 20-Jan 5)
