I have been a member of the hosting community for several years now. I love traveling with my husband and two kids and having the chance to meet new people from different backgrounds. Centrally-located in a highly walkable area! Walk to the beach in 15 minutes or Retro Row in 10. Across the street is a major grocery store and Rose Park Roasters, one of our favorite independent coffee shops. Featuring 2 queen bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, a well-stocked kitchen and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and bidet. Enjoy ultra fast, fiber wifi with smart TVs and wireless bedside chargers in each room. This small 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is the perfect home base while exploring the area. This apartment has been renovated, with mid-century and scandinavian furniture with contemporary finishes. Both bedrooms are outfitted with memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. A queen sized sofa bed in the main room allows additional sleeping areas and offers more space than a standard hotel room. Whip up a home-cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen which includes a gas range, oven, and microwave, but please note that there is no dishwasher. Please note that you will be required to pay your invoice online and fill out our virtual check-in form prior to your stay. This includes a request for ID, security deposit or damage waiver and rental agreement.

Located in a bustling area, the apartment is walkable to a range of options - charming boutiques, a plethora of restaurants, bustling bars, an art theatre, delightful vintage shops, cozy coffee houses, and the beach. While there are many things to do within walking distance, we highly recommend bringing a car if you plan on exploring other areas of Southern California. Long Beach is situated between Los Angeles and Orange county, so there is a lot to see and do! While exploring locally, you can also easily grab an Uber, Lyft, electric scooter, or rent a city bike. These options will take some of the hassle out of parking in the area, since it can be scarce at times.
