Chadham by the Sea combines a relaxed oceanfront lifestyle with a touch of nature. This 52 unit oceanfront resort condominium is located on a wide expanse of white sandy beach on the shores of the Atlantic. This complex is near the finest seashore park in the country, the Canaveral National Seashore, as well as near the beautiful Indian River Lagoon. Also in the immediate area is a county park with a fishing pier and playground. The access to the river affords the sportsmen some of the finest flat bottom boating, river fishing, crabbing, clamming and shrimping available in Florida. This complex is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.
