This Swiss-style chalet offers a tranquil lakeside hideaway complete with private water access for swimming and boating just 20 miles outside of downtown Spokane! Enjoy a relaxing stay that's all your own where you can reconnect with close friends or family. Adding to its idyllic appeal, the chalet often receives visits from local wildlife like white and black tail deer. Riverside State Park - The Cove/Fisk Property and Nine Mile Recreation Area - is just a short drive from the home. Lounge in the lakeside Adirondacks or head down to the private dock to swim and fish. Bring or rent a boat and keep it parked right at home. You can launch it nearby at Riverside State Park. After you've worked up an appetite out on the water, fire up the outdoor pizza oven. The furnished deck offers a pleasant perch to take in the views and it comes furnished for outdoor living with cushioned seating, a dining table, and a gas fire table. Major appliances and handy countertop accessories make it easy to plan and prepare delicious family-style meals in the full kitchen. A beautiful, two-sided wood-burning fireplace frames the living room and the den. A large beverage fridge is equipped in the den and the living room features a plush sectional and a smart TV. The home boasts two primary suites, each with an en suite bathroom. One suite includes a private balcony. The other offers direct deck access. Each bedroom occupies a separate end of the house, with plenty of space to spread out in between, providing plenty of room for privacy. Home essentials include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning. Family-friendly amenities include a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, a high chair, and a baby bath. You'll also have access to an Echelon smart treadmill, & Echelon smart spin bike, dumbbell set & weight set.
