Located on a tranquil street near the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, this 3BR/2.5BA dome house presents an open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings and forest-view picture windows. A bonus loft provides children's games and toys, as well as a bunk bed. Dogs are also welcome!
When you stay at this forest escape, enjoy access to incredible amenities at the Trout Creek Recreation Center, the Tennis Center, and the Beach Club Marina.
LIVING AREA
Make yourself at home in the inviting living area. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and watch a movie on the Roku TV, or relax within the central air conditioning.
Vaulted ceilings and picture windows flood the space with natural light and offer views of the towering trees.
KITCHEN & DINING
The sparkling kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances and stone countertops.
Keep the chef company at the two-person kitchen bar. When it's time to dine, the table seats six for meals.
BED & BATH
The primary suite offers a king bed, gas-burning stove, desk, and TV. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.
Accessed via a spiral staircase, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and desk; the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Open to the living area below, the adjacent loft is fitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The third bedroom is located on the lower level and includes a queen bed.
A half bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The forest-view balcony provides a gas grill.
*Tahoe Donner Amenity Passes*
The Tahoe Donner HOA has announced updates to their Guest Pass Policy,
effective February 1st.
This home provides *six guest passes* (one pass per person aged 3 and
older), granting access to all Tahoe Donner amenities. A daily fee of *24 dollars
per person* applies for amenity usage.
