This modern 2 bed 1 bath apartment is located in the heart of Westminster, Colorado. The apartment is just steps from shopping and dining and it's close to highway 36 for easy commute to Denver or Boulder. The apartment features a spacious living room with a 65” TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a desk to get work done. The bedrooms are both a good size, and feature queen beds. The apartment also has a washer and dryer in unit, and it's pet friendly.

1. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarette use is strictly prohibited inside the unit - A fee will be charged for violations
2. Do not throw cigarette butts ANYWHERE on property. We enforce fines for violations. Please only use designated areas and containers
