Capitol Hill is the heart and center of urban Seattle. This 1935 craftsman home has been lovingly cared for and offers old world charm with modern upgrades and conveniences. Light, bright, full of amazing original details--meant for a family or a group wanting to enjoy central location, but also perfect for a couple. Walkable to the city (90 Walk Score), on major bus line routes (60 Transit Score) and bikeable to just about anywhere (76 Bike Score).
We are available by phone or platform messaging, but prefer to give our guests privacy to enjoy the property.
Capitol Hill is east of downtown, south of UW and Montlake areas. It's wonderfully urban, highly walkable, extremely diverse and offers multitude of entertainment and dining options. Safeway, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods are within walking distance, as are many coffee shops and restaurants. Major bus lines run right outside of the house, along 23rd Ave E, John Str and Madison Street. Scooters, bikes and ride share are readily available, too.
