This nicely upgraded unit is located in the Monte Catalina Estates, a sunny community with lots of mature trees, grass areas, community pool, stunning mountain views, & plenty of nearby attractions. Enjoy a peaceful stroll in this quiet neighborhood, take a refreshing dip in the pool, and enjoy al fresco dining on your own patio. A perfect SW escape!
