My wife and I own and manage this home. We have owned the home since it was built and raised some of our older children in the home. We created Clear River Orchard Suites LLC to own and manage this home as a short term rental.

Walk in the door and be 'wowed' by this uniquely beautiful home! With it's large, fully equipped kitchen and over-sized concrete countertops, you'll be cooking your favorite meal in no time. The dining table is set for 6, and has 2 additional leaves that expand the table to seat up to 10. A luxurious living area allows you to gather as a group for lively discussions, board games, or enjoy watching your favorite Netflix show on the 60 inch flatscreen. A queen size air mattress is available if you have over 8 guests in your party, and it can be easily placed in the living room or craft room and moved out of the way during the day.
Some things to consider before booking:
1. There are 3 steps leading up to the front door, and a single carpeted staircase inside the home leading to the bedrooms. If you have a difficult time with stairs we don't want you to be surprised when you check in.
2. There is a gas fireplace that produces only the tiniest of flames so we ask that guests not use it.
3. Generous sized laundry/craft room with washer and dryer in the home.
4. Extra freezer in the laundry/craft room to accommodate those big Costco shopping trips. Tip: Costco is just 7 minutes away!
5. Guests will not have access to the garage.
