Travel and discover Central Florida Springs while staying in our modest yet comfortable home. You will be minutes from Seven Sisters Springs and within 30 minutes of other attractions like 3 Sisters, Weeki Wachee, Homosassa Springs, etc. Newly added and renovated Room with its entrance and bathroom, making the house a 3/2 with plenty of parking. The third room connects through the lanai. We also offer an inflatable paddleboard and two tandem kayaks. (Owner does not take any liability for the use of the kayaks and paddleboard. Renter is responsible for any damage or missing kayak or paddleboard.) You can also bring your boat as the Chasshowitzka River launch area is 1 mile away.

The neighborhood is primarily residential, a retired community, with most of the houses being mobile homes. It's modest and quiet, but it's essential to know the house is located on the main road.
