**For whatever reason, Booking does not allow messaging of any kind between guest and host until a reservation is secured. That said, If you have any questions at all about the property, or want to inquire, the only way I can answer them is by finalizing the booking. If it allows you to pay later, then secure the booking, I can answer questions, if everything is good, you can add payment, or cancel the booking. My property is also on most all other booking platforms, and all others allow messaging between parties during the inquiry phase. Thanks! All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit. If you're tired of city lights, sit out on the porch and stargaze!

I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX. I'm married, and my family and I reside in Corpus. We have 2 wonderful children, and I love that they have the opportunity to grow up enjoying the Frio River as I have my whole life. I've been floating the River since before I could walk, and I'm so happy to share my family property so others can soak in the sun, and enjoy the Frio and beautiful scenery it has to offer!
