We are known for our distinctively furnished apartments in popular locations, and for our attentive service. We have staff at our on-site office every day to provide assistance and answer any questions about the area. We would love to host you!
Property information
The Monte Carlo is a historic property in Miami Beach that was completely renovated in 2014. Much of the building's Miami Modern character as designed by the renowned architect Roy France was retained while the interiors were completely rebuilt in a very contemporary South Beach style. Each of Churchill’s tastefully furnished apartments features over-sized windows, lots of natural light and wonderful views, and ultra-modern kitchen and bathroom finishes. The Deluxe apartments are located on higher floors. The direct beach access from the ground floor pool area is very convenient, and the 5th floor rooftop pool and hot tub have beautiful oceanfront views. This is a romantic beach destination that is close to South Beach, and it is also a fantastic choice for families that appreciate more space in our one bedroom apartments.
We're known for providing top notch service, and have received several guest awards! Our staff is in our on-site office daily from 8am-8pm, and are available to help you with any requests. We can replenish any amenities such as beach towels or bath amenities, lend board games and books, or help you book tours and make restaurant reservations.

Neighbourhood information
The North Beach Resort Historic Neighborhood is a beach destination that is a quick drive to South Beach. The local parks and the historic North Shore Bandshell host many events, including a farmer’s market, Art Basel galleries, the annual Miami Beach Festival of the Arts, movie nights, food truck nights, concerts, and holiday events such as fireworks on Independence Day, and the Winter Wonderland bash. The complimentary North Beach Trolley provides a quick ride to shopping and dining in Sunny Isles.
