This is a small 1 bedroom efficiency apartment close to TTU and downtown area. A small drive will put you at several state parks, lakes and water fall locations. You have Cable and WiFI with a Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen does not have a dining room table but have provided portable TV stands to eat from. Also provided is a microwave and Curig coffee maker for that ideal cup of morning coffee. The space is perfect for a getaway with all the basic amenities.

Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is Three Hundred Fifty Dollars) Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests. Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.
