Relax in this recently remodeled country home on the gorgeous Southern Oregon "Wild Rivers" Coast. This 3 bdm, 2 bth spacious home is situated on a quiet 2+ acre property, minutes away from the world famous Meyer's Creek Beach; one of the many State Parks in the area. In addition to ocean beaches, other area interests include amazing old growth forests, hiking trails, whitewater jetboat trips, ocean & river fishing, kayaking and much more! Located minutes from the Crook Point Wedding Venue.
The home is located in the historic unincorporated community of Pistol River. Once a thriving little ranching community having a cheese factory, multiple lumber mills, a grade school, grocery store, hotel and many livestock ranches. Today, it has but a few active ranches and is generally a retirement community due to the moderate temperatures, beautiful ocean beaches and quiet surroundings.
