Just minutes from everything, you’ll be perfectly situated near the north bridge to the famous white sands of Siesta Key beach, and within easy walking distance to Southside Village’s cozy restaurants, local boutiques, Morton's Market, nail salons, and favorite neighborhood bars. A short drive takes you to Downtown Sarasota, Selby Gardens, the Ringling Bridge, and shopping, restaurants, and the beaches at St. Armands, Lido Key, and Longboat Key. Four beach chairs and an umbrella are included and available for guest use. Inside, the home blends old Florida charm with fresh coastal style. Guests will receive a code with details upon arrival. 🧹 Housekeeping + Florida Nature Reminder We hold our housekeeping team to the highest standards and also schedule monthly (and as-needed) pest control services that are safe for both kids and pets. That said, Florida’s hot and humid climate is home to plenty of wildlife. To help us keep nature where it belongs — outside — we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed, dispose of trash properly, and store food responsibly. While we do our best, an occasional critter may still sneak in. We appreciate your understanding, as we’re unable to guarantee a completely critter-free environment or offer refunds.
