Additional Details Parking: 25 per parking pass, payable by credit card at the security gate (max 2 passes).(Please note the community does not allow motorcycles, decaled vehicles, trailers or golf carts, so park those elsewhere.) Accessibility: The villa is located on the main level with just a few steps at the entrance, making it easy to load luggage and groceries. (Inside the villa, there are no stairs – everything you need is on one level.) Starter Supplies: For your convenience, we provide starter essentials including fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, and a coffee & tea starter kit. Get settled in without worrying about the little details. These supplies will not be restocked during guest stays. House Rules: Please note this is a strictly no smoking, no pets villa. Trailers or large vehicles (including golf carts) are not permitted on the property. Quiet hours are observed to maintain the peaceful nature of this resort community.
