This beautiful colonial style home sits on five secluded acres just minutes from all Nashville, Franklin, Columbia and Spring Hill have to offer. You will feel like you are far out in the country yet you are less than 10 minutes away from restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, a movie theater and Interstate 65. This house is a smooth 30 minute ride to Downtown Nashville. At the Colonial Manor, you are living the American Dream as you overlook the serene outdoor spaces from your second-story balcony.
